Rotten Tail Project

A case study on abandoned unfinished skyscrapers as-well as a proposal for urban regeneration. The Central subject is a Chinese urban phenomenon known as 'Rotten Tail Buildings': Abandoned unfinished skyscrapers which are scattered throughout Chinese mega city's, scarring the urban scenery. Most 'white elephants' are abandoned due to capital- and credit issues and are considered bubble-bursts of the exploding bubble economy.
